GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS FOR DONATION
The following is the contractual document that will govern the donation
The acceptance of this document implies that:
- The user has read, understand what is stated here.
- The user is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
- The user assume all the obligations set forth herein.
The Foundation reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Conditions, without it might affect donations that were previously made to the amendment.
IDENTITY OF THE PARTIES
The recipient of the donation is the ideaborn Foundation 900355144-0, headquarter Carrera 13 A No. 87-11 Cundinamarca, Bogotá Colombia, and his delegation in Europe, cif G66392556, domiciled in Placa Comercial 2, 08003, Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain. The user, whose donation can be payroll or nominal, in which case is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the ideaborn foundation.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the irrevocable, pure and simple, contractual relationship of donation, born between the ideaborn foundation and the user. The contractual relationship of the registered donation implies the surrender, at the end of the fiscal year, of a certificate for all the donations made that year, for possible tax deduction only in Colombia and Spain.
PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACT
The contracting procedure will follow the following steps:
- The donor user can make the donation by bank transfer, where when making the transfer you get in touch with finanzas@ideaborn.com
- The contract will have been perfected and we will send you the confirmation of the contract by email, within 48 hours;
Returns and withdrawal
In case you can not support our projects any more for any kind of motivation, contact us at finanzas@ideaborn.com
(i) We return only for refund of returns up to a period of 5 days from the date of your donation and if you have not made an anonymous donation
(ii) Provide us with the donation number.
(iii) We return the donation within a period of 7 working days from the receipt of the mail, according to the payment method made.
Newsletter
Our electronic newsletter is a free and periodic information service about the activities carried out by ideaborn on the Forming Responsible Citizens project
You can request to subscribe our electronic bulletin in the subscribe section, providing the email address to which you want to receive this service and accepting these general conditions.
The ideaborn Foundation reserves the right to determine the periodicity of sending the electronic newsletter and to suspend or cancel the service at any time. You can unsubscribe at any time from this service, sending from the email address where you signed up.
